There are a large number of icosahedron models. Most are modular (Tomoko Fuse, Miyuki Kawamura etc.) but there are a few single sheet versions (John Montroll, Kazuo Haga)

| Some don't really think of this is a 'stellation' as such, but it falls within the generic scheme of creating the stellations and it is therefore known as the first stellation. (Another scheme regards this as the 'zero-th' stellation and counts the rest up to 58!) | |
